c. Studio school including art, sculpture, dance, drama and like instruction;

d. Bakery;

e. Day care center;

f. Delicatessen (no tables);

h. Fishing, diving and sailing shop/instruction;

i. Florist;

j. Food store;

k. Gym;

l. Interior decorator;

m. Laundry;

n. Liquor store;

o. Office supply and service; and

p. Salon.
